In this 45 minute session I will:
1. Map out a personalized anxiety ease plan that you can start implementing immediately to ease your anxiety.
2. Provide a safe space for you to discover emotional blockages hindering you from easing your anxiety.
3. Help you identify self- sabotaging behavior keeping you in the cycle of anxiety.
4. Give you proven effective strategies, to use so you can live the more satisfied and and peaceful life you so richly deserve.
What does an Anxiety Ease Plan consist of?
1. A 30 day protocol that maps out specific strategies, daily tasks, and customized schedule that works best for YOU when easing your anxiety. ( i.e you may have heard that deep breathing helps with anxiety, but I have had client's that HATE deep breathing. I also have client's who don't know the CORRECT way to deep breathe. So I make customized plans to help you ease your anxiety with proven tools and strategies that you feel comfortable with and that work with your schedule.)
